摘要 为探讨不同类型土壤对小麦品种籽粒产量和品质的影响,通过盆栽试验,研究了黑土、潮土和红土对来自天津的小麦品种津强8号和来自埃及的Egypt New籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,黑土条件下,小麦的株高、穗长、穗粒数及籽粒产量均显著或极显著高于潮土和红土;千粒重表现为黑土的高于潮土,但差异不显著,而显著高于红土;相同类型土壤条件下,两个品种间上述指标均无显著差异。种植于红土的小麦籽粒总蛋白、清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶蛋白及谷蛋白含量均高于黑土和潮土;而总蛋白及其组分的产量表现为黑土>潮土>红土,处理间差异极显著。综上所述,黑土条件下小麦被测植株性状、籽粒产量和蛋白产量均高于潮土和红土。 In order to understand the effects of different soil types on grain yield and quality of different wheat varieties,a pot experiment was conducted to study the impact of Black soil,Alluvial soil and Red clay on the two kinds of Jinqiang 8 from Tianjin and Egypt New wheat from Egypt.The results showed that plant height,ear length,kernel number per ear and yield per pot were significantly higher than that of Alluvial soil and Red clay.The 1000-grain weight from Black soil was higher than that from Alluvial soil although it did not reach significant level,and significantly higher than Red clay.There is no significant difference between the two varieties.The total protein,albumin,globulin,prolamin and gluten content from Red day were higher than that of Black soil and Alluvial soil;the yield of total protein and its components was Black soil>Alluvial soil>Red clay,and the difference between treatments was extremely significant.In summary,wheat plant characters,grain yield and protein yield were higher in Black soil than in Alluvial soil and Red soil.
