摘要
为确保高应力动压巷道的安全使用,本文以胡底煤业辅运大巷为背景,结合受回采动压影响后辅运大巷变形、破坏特征及地应力测试结果钻孔窥视结果,提出高压注浆+强力锚索加固综合治理方案。通过对比分析,采用高压注浆配合注浆强力锚索支护后,巷道围岩变形明显减小,两帮位移量、底鼓量、顶板下沉量最大值分别下降81.7%、72%、36.1%,有效控制住围岩变形,保障了动压巷道围岩稳定,为类似巷道围岩条件的治理提供了实例参考。
In order to ensure the safe use of high-stress dynamic pressure roadway,this paper takes the Hudi coal industry auxiliary transportation roadway as the background,combined with the deformation and damage characteristics of the auxiliary auxiliary roadway and the results of the ground stress test.High-pressure grouting+strong anchor cable reinforcement comprehensive treatment plan.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that after high-pressure grouting combined with grouting strong anchor cable support,the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is obviously reduced,and the maximum displacement,bottom drum volume and roof sinking amount of the two gangs are reduced by 81.7%,respectively.72%,36.1%,effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,ensure the stability of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway,and provide examples for the treatment of similar surrounding rock conditions.
