构造区瓦斯抽放与注浆钻孔一体化设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对构造区瓦斯抽放钻孔和深孔注浆钻孔部分重合的问题,分析了两者的设计原则,两者有较多相似之处,主要不同点在上排孔层位和孔口管选择上,并进行部分一体化设计。结果表明:下排深孔注浆钻孔可以直接利用瓦斯抽放孔,上排钻孔需要单独打设,将孔口0.5mPVC管换成钢管;改进后钻孔设计对瓦斯抽放和深孔注浆均未产生不利影响,对于1308工作面255m断层影响区域,可以节约30个下排注浆钻孔,节约施工成本94.5万元。 Aiming at the problem of partial overlap of gas drainage borehole and deep hole grouting in the construction area,the design principles of the them are analyzed.There are many similarities between them,the main difference is in the upper row of holes and the orifice tube.Choose and implement a partially integrated design.The results show that the lower row of deep hole grouting holes can directly use the gas drainage hole,the upper row of holes need to be separately designed,0.5mPVC pipe is replaced by steel pipe in the orifice;the improved hole design is for gas drainage and deep hole There is no adverse effect on grouting.For the 255m fault affected area of 1308 working face,30 lower row grouting holes can be saved,saving construction cost of 945,000 yuan.
