高校网络舆情共振现象仿真及应对策略研究 被引量:21

摘要 [目的/意义]近年来,高校网络舆情共振事件频发,建立一套科学有效的监控、预警和应对机制,对于降低和化解高校网络舆情负效应具有重要的意义。[方法/过程]借鉴双稳随机共振模型构建了多事件网络舆情共振模型,模型采用2019年7月时间段内我国5所高校连续发生的留学生舆情事件簇数据进行仿真,分析了其产生共振的原因并从中获得启示。[结果/结论]高校留学生事件簇之间产生了舆情共振现象,其产生原因主要有高校所处的复杂网络环境、高校应急机制缺乏、高校回应不当和事后未及时整改等,并据此从事前、事中和事后等方面对高校预防和应对高校网络舆情共振现象提出了相应的建议。 [Purpose/Significance]In recent years,the frequent occurrence of resynthesis events in universities has established a set of scientific and effective monitoring,early warning and coping mechanisms,which is of great significance for reducing and resolving the negative effects of universities.[Method/Process]The multi-event network public opinion resonance model is constructed by using the bistable stochastic resonance model.The model is simulated by the continuous public opinion database of the students in five universities in China during the July 2019 period,and the causes of resonance are analyzed and the enlightenment is obtained.[Result/Conclusion]There are sensational resonance phenomena between college students'event clusters.The main reasons are the complex network environment in which universities are located,the lack of emergency response mechanisms in universities,the inappropriate response of universities,and the lack of timely rectification after the event,and they are engaged in before,during,and after the event.In the aspect,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for the prevention and response of universities to the phenomenon of public opinion resonance.
