摘要
市场竞争的日益加剧对产品生产管理提出了更高的要求,尤其是外协作管理的产品交付周期,需要外加工企业保证交货快速、准时。通过精益六西格玛和采用“DMAIC”的方法,缩短了对外协作流程管理中的产品供货周期,改善了生产流程,增加了企业效益。
Increasing market competition has put forward higher requirements for product production management,especially the product delivery cycle of external management,which requires external processing enterprises to guarantee quick and on-time delivery.The product supply cycle in the external processing management was shortened,the production process was improved and the enterprise benefits were increased by lean six sigma and the“DMAIC”method.
