摘要
为研究隧洞遇不良地质条件下满足水力条件、结构安全及投资经济等要求的最优断面,以某拟建的输水隧洞为例,选取城门洞型和马蹄形两种断面,采用边值法计算方法进行受力分析比较,结果表明:①同等条件下,马蹄形断面形式在开挖量、过流能力、净空比等方面优于城门洞型,并且水流衔接更好;②通过SDCAD计算得在不良地质条件下,马蹄形断面衬砌结构受力条件更好,在边墙与底板交接处应力小于城门洞型;③马蹄形断面在工程量及投资上比城门洞型断面少。最终提出马蹄形断面能够较好的适应不良地质条件,在水力断面、结构受力及经济上均优于城门洞型,建议在以后设计中应更好地推广马蹄形断面。
In order to study the optimum section of the tunnel that meets the requirements of hydraulic conditions,structural safety and investment economy under undesirable geological conditions,taking a proposed water conveyance tunnel as an example,the article selected two types of Chengmen which are the cave type and the horseshoe shape and carried out the force analysis comparison based on the calculation of the boundary value method.The results show that:①Under the same conditions,the horseshoe-shaped section is better than the gate hole type in terms of excavation,over-current capacity and clearance ratio,and the water flow is better;②Through calculation by SDCAD,the horseshoe-shaped section lining structure has better stress conditions under the unfavorable geological conditions,and the stress at the intersection of the side wall and the bottom plate is smaller than that of the city gate hole type;③the horseshoe-shaped section has less engineering quantity and investment than the city gate type section.Finally,the horseshoe-shaped section can be better adapted to the unfavorable geological conditions.It is superior to the Chengmen type in the hydraulic section,structural stress and economy.It is suggested that the horseshoe-shaped section should be better promoted in future designs.
