摘要
目的探讨甲状腺手术患者健康教育的最佳时机及对术后恢复情况的影响。方法将我院收治的100例甲状腺手术患者按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组给予常规健康教育,研究组给予合适时机的健康教育。比较两组的护理干预效果。结果研究组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SAS及SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合适时机的健康教育在甲状腺手术患者中的效果确切,可以有效地缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量以及提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the best opportunity of health education for patients undergoing thyroid surgery and its influence on postoperative recovery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing thyroid surgery admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the study group was given the best opportunity of health education.The nursing intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The time of operation and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding in the operation was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The best opportunity of health education for patients undergoing thyroid surgery is accurate,it can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
