摘要
目的探究感染管理部介入抗菌药物管理成效情况。方法比较感染管理部介入抗菌药物管理实施一系列措施前后抗菌药物应用监测指标变化情况。结果抗菌药物应用管理后,住院患者抗菌药物使用率、住院患者抗菌药物使用强度等各项监测指标均得到明显改善(P<0.05);Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物使用率、给药时机合理率、用药疗程≤24小时百分率以及给药品种合理率均呈明显好转趋势(P<0.05);抗菌药物费用占药品总费用比率(13.50%)较参与管理前(18.82%)呈明显降低(P<0.05);医院感染发病例次率(0.99%)较管理前(1.27%)明显降低(P<0.05);住院患者平均住院日数较参与管理前降低。结论感染管理部参与抗菌药物管理能发挥职能作用,具有深刻的现实必要性。
Objective To explore the efficacy of interventional antibacterial drug management in infection management department.Methods To compare the changes of monitoring indexes of antimicrobial application before and after a series of measures were implemented by infection management department.Results After the application and management of antimicrobial agents,the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents and the intensity of antimicrobial agents in hospitalized patients were significantly improved(P<0.05);The rate of antimicrobial drug prevention use inⅠclass incision surgery,the percent of pass of drug delivery timing,the percentage of drug treatment for 24 hours or less and a reasonable rate of giving tendency all showed a trend of improved significantly(P<0.05);The ratio of antibacterial drug cost to total drug cost(13.50%)was significantly lower than that before participation in management(18.82%)(P<0.05);The incidence rate of nosocomial infection(0.99%)was significantly lower than that before participation in management(1.27%)(P<0.05);The mean number of days in hospital was lower than that before the management.Conclusion It is necessary for infection management department to participate in antimicrobial management.
