摘要
磨辊是磨粉机的重要组成部件,磨辊辊轴沿轴线方向的弯曲变形振动特性直接影响磨粉机的性能和生产质量。综合考虑磨辊辊间压力对辊轴横向弯曲变形运动的影响,通过运动学分析,实现辊轴的位移场描述,建立了磨辊辊轴弯曲变形动力学模型。通过求解辊轴变形模态振型函数的解析解,为实现准确预测磨辊弯曲动特性、提高磨粉机生产质量奠定了理论基础。
The grinding roller is an important component of the milling machine.The bending deformation's vibration property of the roller shaft along the axis directly affect the performance and production quality of the milling machine.Considering the influence of the pressure between the rollers on the transverse bending deformation of the roller shaft,the displacement field of the roller shaft is described by the kinematic analysis,and the dynamic model of the bending deformation of the roller shaft is established.By solving the analytical solution of the deformation mode function of the roller shaft,the theoretical basis is established for accurately prediction the bending dynamic property of the grinding roller and improving the production quality of the milling machine.
