摘要
为了更好地进行石化企业安全培训评估,基于石化企业的特点,分析其安全培训目标,并以目标为导向分析安全培训评估项,建立了双向PDCA循环。利用德尔菲法筛选出11个安全培训评估指标。通过建立ISM模型对各指标的关系进一步分析,得到三层次的有向图,确定出直接影响石化企业安全培训效果的4个指标。最后采用AHP方法确定各指标的权重,构建石化企业安全培训评估指标体系,评估培训效果并指导企业制定安全培训的改进措施。
A petrochemical-enterprise-specific bidirectional PDCA cycle was established based on the objective orientated analysis of safety training evaluation item.11 safety training evaluation indicators were selected using the Delphi method first,then the internal relationship of which was analyzed with ISM model to obtain a three-level directed graph and to screen out 4 indicators directly affecting the safety training effect of petrochemical enterprises.Finally,the AHP method was used to determine the weight of each indicator,so as to build a safety training evaluation index system for petrochemical enterprises,which was able to evaluate the training effect and guide enterprises to formulate the improvement measures for safety training.
