摘要
目的分析以问题为导向的模拟门诊教学法对提高规培医师接诊能力作用。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月期间,在我院进行实习的规培医师32例,随机分为2组,即对照组(16例)、观察组(16例),对照组行常规门诊带教,观察组行以问题为导向的模拟门诊教学法,观察2组规培医师的带教效果。结果观察组规培医师的学习收获评分为(79.92±7.52)分、学习主动性评分为(81.39±8.05)分、学习氛围评分为(82.09±8.11)分、带教效果评分为(62.69±6.15)分,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对规培医师实施以问题为导向的模拟门诊教学法,可以提高带教效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the role of problem-oriented simulated outpatient teaching method in improving the ability of physicians to receive consultation.Methods Thirty-two patients who were internships in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(16 cases)and observation group(16 cases).The routine clinic taught,and the observation group conducted a problemoriented simulation outpatient teaching method to observe the teaching effect of the two groups of physicians.Results The scores of the study group were(79.92±7.52),the learning initiative score was(81.39±8.05),the learning atmosphere score was(82.09±8.11),and the teaching effect score was(62.69±6.15).The scores were compared with those of the control group,such as learning gains,learning initiative,learning atmosphere,and teaching effects.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the problem-oriented simulation outpatient teaching method for the physicians can improve the teaching effect and it is worthy of being promoted and applied.
