摘要 为了对纤维混凝土的抗冲磨性能进行研究,试验选取钢纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯纤维三种纤维在混凝土中进行掺加,研究了不同种类和不同长度的纤维对混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺加纤维可以提高混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及抗冲磨强度;从强度、抗冲磨性能及性价比方面来看,掺加长度为12mm的聚丙烯纤维混凝土试件优势明显;掺加长度为12mm的聚丙烯纤维混凝土试件的抗冻性和抗渗性均能满足设计要求。该研究可为同类水利工程施工提供参考。 Steel fiber,polyvinyl alcohol fiber and polypropylene fiber are selected and mixed into concrete during experiments in order to study the impact wear resistance of fiber concrete.The influence of different types and lengths of fiber on the impact wear resistance of concrete are studied.The test results show that fiber can be added for improving the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and impact wear resistance strength of concrete.The polypropylene fiber concrete specimens with a length of 12 mm have obvious advantages in terms of strength,impact wear resistance and cost performance.The freezing resistance and impermeability of polypropylene fiber concrete specimens with a length of 12 mm can meet the design requirements.The study can provide reference for similar hydraulic engineering construction.
