摘要
目的:探究中医情志护理对三伏贴治疗阳虚型银屑病患者的影响。方法:选取2018年7-8月期间本院的60例采用三伏贴治疗的阳虚型银屑病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组进行常规银屑病护理,观察组则进行中医情志护理。比较两组护理前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、治疗态度及护理满意度。结果:护理前两组PASI评分及治疗态度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组的PASI评分及治疗态度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理对采用三伏贴治疗的阳虚型银屑病患者的PASI评分与治疗态度均有更好的影响作用,具有较为积极的临床效果。
Objective:To investigate the influence of TCM emotional nursing on patients with Yangxu type psoriasis treated with Sanfu Tie.Method:A total of 60 patients with Yangxu type psoriasis treated with Sanfu Tie from July to August 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given TCM emotional nursing.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,treatment attitude and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:The PASI scores and treatment attitude of two groups before the nursing were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).The PASI scores and treatment attitude of the observation group after the nursing were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM emotional nursing has a better effect on PASI score and treatment attitude of Yangxu psoriasis patients treated with Sanfu Tie,which has a relatively positive clinical effect.
