摘要
目的分析在小腿、足部软组织缺损患者中实施显微外科皮瓣治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月至2017年6月在本院接受治疗的小腿足部软组织缺损患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组行常规疗法,观察组患者行显微外科皮瓣修复,将治疗后两组患者总疗效率进行对比。结果观察组中总疗效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对小腿足部软组织缺损病症采取显微外科皮瓣修复治疗能够获得良好的效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of microsurgical flap in patients with regression and soft tissue defect of foot. Methods A total of 92 cases of soft tissue defects of the lower leg and foot treated in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy and the observation group received microsurgical flap repair. Compared the effects of the two groups. Results The total curative effect rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Microsurgical skin repair for soft tissue defects of the lower leg and foot can achieve good results and is worthy of clinical promotion.
