摘要
该文对企业信息化建设的背景、内容及意义进行了阐述,简述了中小型科技生产企业目前管理模式的弊端,对实施信息化建设的工作步骤做了简要介绍,提出了切实可行的信息化规划方案。该方案根据企业实际情况做适当修改后分阶段实施,通过信息系统的实施和良好运行,可有效提高中小型科技生产企业的经济效益并增强企业的核心竞争力。
This paper expounds the background,content and significance of enterprise informatization construction,brief ly describes the disadvantages of the current management mode of small and medium-sized technology production enterprises,briefly introduces the working steps of the implementation of informatization construction,and puts forward feasible informatization planning scheme.This plan is implemented in stages after being modified according to the actual situation of enterprises.Through the implementation and good operation of the information system,it can effectively improve the economic benefits of small and medium-sized sci-tech production enterprises and enhance their core competitiveness.
