摘要
为了研究预制柱-叠合梁装配整体式框架边节点抗火性能,利用ABQUS软件建立了节点热-力耦合有限元模型,并用试验数据验证了模型的可靠性。探讨了梁端荷载比、梁纵筋配筋率、梁柱线刚度比对预制柱-叠合梁装配整体式框架边节点抗火性能影响。研究表明:火灾下节点破坏位置主要发生于靠近节点柱的梁端;梁端位移曲线发展先缓后快,节点破坏具有突然性;随梁端荷载比的增大,节点耐火极限减小,具体表现为荷载比由0.4增加至0.7,耐火极限下降43%;随梁纵筋配筋率和梁柱线刚度比的增大,耐火极限增大,具体表现为配筋率由0.64%增加至1.14%,耐火极限增加20%;梁柱线刚度比由1.84增加至4.35,耐火极限增加21%。
In order to study the fire resistance of prefabricated column-composite beam assembly integral frame joints,a thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model of joints is established by using ABQUS software,and the reliability of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental data.The effects of load ratio acting on the beam end,the reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and line stiffness ratio of beam to column on fire resistance of precast column-composite beam assembly integral frame joints are discussed.The results show that①the failure position of joint in fire mainly occurs at the end of beam closed to the column;②the displacement curve of the beam end develops slowly and then quickly,leading to a sudden damage of the joint;③with the increase of load ratio at the end of beam,the fire resistance of assembled integral joint decreases,which is as follows:the fire resistance decreases by 43%with the increase of load ratio from 0.4 to 0.7.With the increase of the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and the ratio of line stiffness of beam to column,the fire resistance increase,which is as follows:the fire resistance limit increases by 20%with the increase of reinforcement ratio from 0.64%to 1.14%;and the fire resistance limit increases by 21%with the increase of linear stiffness ratio from 1.84 to 4.35.
