摘要
针对远郊营地集装箱建筑存在舒适性差、生产施工效率低和运行维护成本高、管理平台信息不通畅等问题,运用REVIT,ARCHIBUS等数字化协同平台,利用BIM建筑信息技术从全生命周期的角度整合集装箱建筑“设计—建造—运维”的全流程管控协作平台,解决上述问题并充分激发集装箱建筑作为装配率最高的建筑所具有的绿色、集约、模块化的本质特性。以天津市滨海新区某待建项目为例,通过计算机模拟技术手段,提升集装箱建筑的整体性能。既从模块化产品的角度大幅度提高生产施工速度,又解决了远郊营地集装箱建筑迁移过程中存在的诸多运营管理问题,从而对孤岛运行的远郊营地的设计、施工和管理提出新的管理和运营模式。
Aiming at the problems of poor comfort,low production efficiency and management platform information is not efficient,the paper integrated a“design-construction-operation”cooperation platform from the perspective of life cycle by using BIM based on REVIT and ARCHIBUS,solved the above problems and stimulated absolutely the essential characteristics of green,intensive and modular which container building possess.The paper took a construction project in Tianjin as an example,improving the whole performance of container building by using computer simulation.The application improves production and construction speed from the perspective of modular products,and solves the operation problems in the migration of container building in outer suburb camp,which puts forward to a new mode of thinking for the design,construction and operation in outer suburb camp.
