延长油田西部地区随钻堵漏技术研究与应用——以X241井为例 被引量:1

摘要 延长油田西部地区钻井过程中井漏问题严重,漏速在5~60 m 3/h不等,漏失严重时泥浆失返导致井塌甚至掩埋钻具造成填井侧钻,严重影响钻井周期、增加钻井成本。针对延长油田西部地区漏失反复、发生频繁的渗透性漏失难题,经过砂床漏失实验和微裂缝堵漏实验评价建立了应用于不同孔、缝尺寸的随钻防漏堵漏配方。测试结果表明所建立的随钻堵漏配方砂床侵入深度小于1.3 cm,封堵150μm、300μm的微裂缝后承压9 MPa漏失量仅为6 mL,表现出对孔隙和裂缝很好的封堵能力。使用该配方现场堵漏施工后,钻井漏失次数和漏失量明显降低,大大提高了钻井液体系的防漏堵漏能力。 The Serious drilling loss in western area of Yan Chang Oilfield,the leakage rate varies from 5~60 m 3/h.When serious leakage occurs,mud loss leads to well collapse or even burial of drilling tools,resulting in filling side drilling,seriously affecting drilling cycle and increasing drilling cost.In the western region of Yan Chang oil fields,the formation loss occurred frequently,we established drilling plugging formula after the experiments evaluation by sand bed and micro fracture plugging applied to different size of holes.The result shows that the established formula while drilling plugging sand bed invasion depth is less than 1.3 cm,block 150μm,300μm of micro cracks under pressure after 9 MPa loss is only 6 mL,shown the good sealing ability to pore and fracture.After field application with this formula,the number and amount of drilling leakage are significantly reduced,which greatly improves the leak-proof and plugging ability of drilling fluid system.
