摘要
在全国所有省份中,黑龙江省拥有的林业资源最为丰富,森林生态系统健康稳定,森林覆被率43.6%,有2000多种植物,其中有很多珍贵资源。丰富的林业资源为发展林下经济提供了有利条件。文中论叙了黑龙江省利用资源优势,制定发展规划,确定发展思路,完善相关事项,为大力发展林下经济提供参考。
Among all provinces in China,Heilongjiang Province has the most abundant forestry resources,with a forest cover rate of 43.78%.It contains about 2400 species of trees.Among them,there are many precious resources.The abundant forestry resources provide great convenience for the development of undergrowth economy in Heilongjiang Province.At present,the development of undergrowth economy in Heilongjiang still needs to be improved.
