摘要
工科人才创新能力的培养对于服务经济发展和产业升级具有重要意义。本文从"新工科"建设对人才创新能力培养的要求出发,提出了"以研为源,研教结合"的课程改革方案,包括改革必要性分析、改革路径研究和具体的实践方案。在课程改革的路径方面,提出了自我转化和检索转化两种路径;在科研成果转化为课程内容模式方面,提出了基于问题导向的环扣式和基于层级目标的系统式。实践验证了所提出的方法对于工科人才创新能力培养的有效性。
The cultivation of innovative ability of engineering talents is of great significance for serving economic development and industrial upgrading. Starting from the requirements of the construction of "new subjects" for the cultivation of talents’ innovative ability, this paper puts forward the curriculum reform plan of "taking research as the source and combining research with teaching", including the analysis of the necessity of reform, the study of reform path and the concrete practice plan. In terms of the path of curriculum reform, this paper puts forward two paths: self-transformation and retrieval transformation. In terms of the transformation of scientific research achievements into curriculum content mode, it puts forward the problem-oriented loop-link mode and the hierarchical goal-based system mode. Practice proves the effectiveness of the proposed method for the cultivation of innovative ability of Engineering talents.
