摘要
为了合成具有抗抑郁症的西酞普兰,以5-氰基苯酞为原料,采用一锅法合成西酞普兰二醇,其在酸的作用下以良好的产率环合得到抗抑郁药西酞普兰;并以西酞普兰为底物合成出一系列西酞普兰衍生物,产率中等至良好,操作简单,后处理方便;产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱(1H)表征。
To synthesize citalopram with antidepressant,5-cyanophenylhydrazine was used as a raw material to synthesize citalopram diol by one-pot process,and then it was cyclized with good yield under the action of acid to obtain antidepressant drug-citalopram.A series of citalopram derivatives were synthesized with citalopram as substrate material,the yields were moderate to good,simple operation and easy work-ups.The structures of the products were characterized by IR and NMR spectra(1H).
