摘要
为了解决沿空掘巷临近采空区有害气体涌入小煤柱巷道内,造成有害气体超限的问题,以同忻矿8305小煤柱工作面为研究对象,提出了对角式气体置换技术,采用理论分析的方法,验证了该种技术的可行性与可靠性,通过对同忻矿8305工作面临近8307采空区的气体进行惰性气体置换的应用实践,实践效果表明:采空区内CH4浓度平均降幅达70%,N2浓度达到90%以上,缓解了临近采空区气体泄漏对8305工作面安全开采带来的威胁。
In order to solve the problem of harmful gas flowing into the small coal pillar roadway near the goaf,which causes the harmful gas to exceed the limit,the diagonal gas replacement technology was proposed in the 8305 small coal pillar working face of Tongxin mine.The theoretical analysis method was used to verify the feasibility and reliability of this technology.Through the application of inert gas replacement to the gas near the 8307 goaf in the 8305 working face of Tongxin Mine,the practical results show that:the average decrease of CH4 concentration and N2 concentration in goaf is 70%and more than 90%,which alleviated the threat of gas leakage from the adjacent goaf to the safe mining of the 8305 working face.
