摘要
本文在国内外ROV研究现状的基础上,提出具体技术指标要求,基于模块化设计思路将其ROV系统划分为多个模块,并进行了逐一说明。给出各模块的具体技术设计方案,并针对关键技术指标中的航速实现情况进行仿真分析,结合仿真数据进行设计完善。将研制完成的ROV系统进行湖上实航测试,测试结果证明其航速等关键技术指标均满足具体指标要求,且在沉底静默及定深悬停两种模式下均可获得水面舰船尾流气泡的声学测量数据,测量结果与国内外研究经验相符,具有良好的军事及民用价值。
On the basis of ROV design at home and abroad,this paper puts forward specific technical requirements,and divides the ROV system into several modules based on modular design idea,and explains them one by one.Specific technical design schemes of each module are given,and simulation analysis is carried out for the realization of speed in key technical indicators.The design is perfected by combining simulation data.The developed ROV system is tested on the lake.The test results show that the key technical indicators such as speed meet the requirements of the scheme design.Acoustic measurement data of wake bubbles of surface ships can be obtained under the modes of bottom silence and fixed-body hovering.The measurement results are consistent with the domestic and foreign research experience.It has good military and civil value.
