摘要
目的分析聚合酶链式反应(PCR)在乙肝病毒DNA定量检测中的应用情况。方法选取120例乙型肝炎患者,采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法开展血清学检查,测量乙肝病毒血清标志物。根据两对半检查结果进行分组,分别为大三阳组、小三阳组、HBs Ag+和HBc Ab+组、HBs Ab+组、HBe Ab+HBc Ab+组、两对半阴性组。结果120例患者均顺利完成PCR检测,大三阳患者HBV-DNA阳性率明显高于其他组别(P<0.05)。结论PCR技术在乙肝病毒DNA定量检测发挥重要作用,为临床诊疗活动提供借鉴。
Objective To analyze the application of PCR in quantitative detection of hepatitis B virus DNA.Methods A tatol of 120 patients with hepatitis B were selected and serological tests were carried out by ELISA to measure the serum markers of hepatitis B virus.According to the results of two couples and a half examinations,they were grouped into 6 groups:Dasanyang group,Xiaosanyang group,HBs Ag+and HBc Ab+group,HBs Ab+group,HBe Ab+HBc Ab+group and two couples and a half-negative group.Results All 120 patients successfully completed the detection of HBV-DNA.The positive rate of HBV-DNA in Dasanyang patients was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PCR plays an important role in the quantitative detection of hepatitis B virus DNA,and provides a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment activities.
