摘要
目的观察经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对于治疗中风后吞咽功能障碍的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月苏州工业园区星海医院收治的60例中风后吞咽功能障碍患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组单纯吞咽康复训练,研究组配合经颅直流电治疗,比较临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后的改良曼恩吞咽能力量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且洼田饮水试验V级所占比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经颅直流电治疗中风后吞咽功能障碍疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)on the treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with dysphagia after stroke in Xinghai Hospital of Suzhou Industrial Park were divided into control group and research group according a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group only received swallowed rehabilitation training,while the study group combined with tDCS therapy.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The Modified Mann Assessment of Swallowing Ability score was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of the V-grade in the water swallow test was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion tDCS therapy is effective for patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke.
