摘要
目的研究腰椎间盘突出症临床治疗中应用中医骨伤手法配合独活寄生汤加减的效果。方法将2017年1月至2018年12月收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予独活寄生汤加减治疗,观察组联合中医骨伤手法治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者疗效明显优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症行中医骨伤手法配合独活寄生汤加减的效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of bone injury manipulation combined with duhuo parasitic decoction in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from January to February 2018 in 2017 were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The former was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,and the latter was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury.Comparison results.Results The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury combined with the treatment of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction..
