基于小信号模型的级联式单相VIENNA开关变换器的控制与仿真设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统矿用高压变频器整流级前端需要接入昂贵而笨重的工频变压器的问题,同时考虑矿用主通风机并不需要反馈电能,提出一种由3个级联式单相VIENNA开关变换器星接组成的三相整流电路作为矿用高压变频器的整流级。这种级联式开关变换器具有能量单向流动、开关器件少的特点,可有效降低开关管及二极管的耐压,适合于高压大功率场合,取消了工频变压器,降低了变频器的成本。小信号建模对于研究电路的动态过程具有重要的意义,本文依据这种级联式开关变换器的工作状态建立小信号模型,按照参数要求设计补偿网络的传递函数,通过伯德图和仿真证明该小信号模型的正确性。 In order to avoid using the heavy and expensive line frequency transformer in the traditional high-voltage mining AC driver,and considering that the mining fan does not need energy feedback,a three-phase rectifier consisting of three star connected cascaded single-phase VIENNA switching converter(CSVSC)is proposed,which can be used as rectifier stage of the AC driver.The CSVSC has the characteristics of one-way flow of energy and fewer switching devices,which can effectively reduce the withstand voltage of the switching device and diode.Therefore,the CSVSC can be applied to high-voltage and high-power applications,eliminating the line frequency transformer and reducing the cost of the AC driver.Small-signal modeling is of great significance for studying the dynamic process of circuits.In this paper,the small-signal model is established by analyzing the working state of the CSVSC.The transfer function of the compensation network is designed according to the given parameters.The correctness of the proposed small-signal model is proved by Bode diagram and simulation.
