摘要
目的观察药物治疗基础上合并电抽搐治疗对精神分裂症患者执行功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月广西梧州市第二人民医院收治的25例精神病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(13例)和观察组(12例)。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组采用药物治疗联合电抽搐治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果和执行功能。结果观察组治疗后第3、6周的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和威斯康卡片分类任务测试软件(WCST)评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物治疗基础上合并电抽搐治疗对精神分裂症患者的治疗效果更好,能有效的改善患者的执行功能。
Objective To observe the effect of combined medical convulsion therapy on the executive function of patients with schizophrenia based on drug therapy.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,25 psychiatric patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Wuzhou City in Guangxi were randomly divided into control group(13 cases)and observation group(12 cases).The control group were treated with medication,while the observation group were treated with medication combined with electroconvulsion.The therapeutic effect and executive function of two groups of patients were observed.Results The PANSS score and WCST score of the observation group were better than those of the control group at the 3 and 6 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of drug therapy,combined with electroconvulsive therapy has better therapeutic effect on patients with schizophrenia,and can effectively improve the executive function of patients.
