摘要
针对传统生态农庄信息化建设严重落后,信息获取被动、更新滞后,服务软件升级慢,严重影响用户体验等问题,以宜兴湖父绿缘山庄为例,构建基于微信公众平台的智慧生态农庄信息服务新模式.采用HTML+Web Server+Python+云端服务完成微信公众平台应用服务开发.通过公众平台定期推送服务信息,实现会员管理、优惠券管理、地图导航、房间预订、在线点餐、土特产商城、绿缘天气等实时服务.通过问卷调查及平台数据统计分析发现,该信息服务模式能更好地满足用户需求,为用户带来最佳的信息服务体验.
In view of the serious backwardness of traditional eco-farm information construction,passive access to information,delayed lag,slow upgrade of service software,and serious impact on user experience,taking Yixing Hufu Lvyuan Mountain Villa as an example,built a smart ecological farm based on WeChat public platform.The new mode of information service used HTML+Web Server+Python+cloud service to complete the application service development of WeChat public platform.Regularly push service information through the public platform to realize real-time services such as membership management,coupon management,map navigation,room reservation,online ordering,souvenir shop,and green margin weather.Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of platform data,it found that the information service model can meet the needs of users better and bring the best experience of information service to users.
