摘要
首次提出环空液面回压测试理论及方法。为克服环空液面回声测试中声波信源存在的问题,设计了静压扰动式回压测试井口装置。利用该装置能以静力挤压方式将扰动压力直接施加于油井环空之内,扰动压力将以波动的形式向井底液面处传播,并形成相应的反射压力回波,测试仪器在产生扰动压力波的同时开始记录由反射压力回波转换出的电压信号,得到含有环空接箍与液面信息的回压测试数据曲线。由此证明,压力波可以作为环空液面测试的信号源及信息载体。这种回压测试方法在保持环空自然状态下进行,测试数据更为接近环空内部的原本状态。
The theory and method of measuring the back pressure of liquid surface in annulus are put forward for the first time.A disturbance back pressure testing wellhead device is designed to overcome the problem related to acoustic source in the echo test of annulus liquid surface.This equipment can directly apply disturbance pressure to the annulus of an oil well in the form of static extrusion.The disturbance pressure propagates to the bottom liquid level in the form of wave,and then forms reflected pressure echo.The testing instrument starts to record the voltage signal converted from the reflected pressure echo while generating disturbance pressure wave,and then obtains the back pressure curve with the information of annulus coupling and liquid level.It is proved that pressure wave can be used as the signal source and information carrier of annulus liquid level test.This back pressure test runs at the natural state of annulus,so the test data is closer to the original state inside annulus.
