摘要
基于工程施工质量管理现状,对监理工作在体系、内容、人员素质等方面存在的问题进行挖掘,并对工程监理在质量管理中的主要作用进行分析,力求通过加强资料监管、实施旁站监理、规范施工步骤及开展培训教育活动等方式,使监理工作效率得以提升,使工程进度、质量、成本、效益等方面得到切实保障。
Based on the present situation of construction quality management,this paper excavates the problems existing in the system,content and personnel quality of supervision work,and analyses the main role of engineering supervision in quality management,aiming at strengthening data supervision,implementing bystander supervision,standardizing construction steps and developing training.Training and education activities can improve the effciency of supervision work and ensure the progress,quality,cost and benefit of the project.
