摘要
为了解决纤维素纤维极易燃烧所带来的安全隐患与环境问题,针对粘胶纤维极易燃烧和燃烧速度快的缺点,首先在无水条件下,采用硅烷包覆技术,制备了同时含有磷氮硅元素的膨胀型阻燃剂-硅烷包覆聚磷酸铁(S1-APP),然后以硅烷包覆的聚磷酸镇(Si-APP)为阻燃添加剂与粘胶纺丝液进行共混纺丝制备了阻燃性能与抑烟性能优良的阻燃粘胶纤维。热重分析结果表明,阻燃粘胶纤维的残炭率高达39.67 wt%,表现出良好的热稳定性和成碳性;傅里叶红外光谱测试表明,阻燃剂被成功地加入到纤维中;微型燃烧量热(MCC)数据表明,阻燃粘胶纤维的热释放速率得到显著降低,纤维热稳定性得到提高。
In order to solve the potential safety hazards and environmental problems caused!by the flammable cellulose fibers,and aiming at the flammable defects of viscose fibers,an intumescent flame retardant(Si-APP)which contained phosphorus,nitrogen and silicon elements was prepared by silane coating technology.The prepared flame retardant(Si-APP)was blended with the viscose spinning solution to prepare flame retardant viscose fiber with excellent flame retardancy and smoke suppressing properties.The thermogravimetric analysis showed that the carbon residue rate of the flame retardant viscose fiber was as high as 39.67 wt%,showing good thermal stability and char forming property.Fourier infrared spectroscopy showed that the flame retardant was successfully added to the fiber・Microcalorimetry(MCC)data displayed that the heat release rate of flame retardant viscose fiber was reduced significantly and the thermal stability of the fiber was improved.
