摘要
在企业发展过程中,人力资源管理属于相当关键的影响因素,其对于企业行业竞争的作用是不言而喻的。为了让人力资源管理工作达到稳定、健康、优质发展的效果,很多企业内部都对多种方法进行了研究与尝试。经过实践证明,权变激励的实用性很强。现基于权变激励的基本理论,以及其在企业人力资源管理工作中的作用,指出应用权变激励的具体操作策略包括发现有效的激励因素、遵循激励原则、灵活激励方法等。
In the process of enterprise development,human resource management is a key factor,and its role in the competition of enterprise industry is self-evident.In order to achieve stable,healthy and high-quality development of human resources management,many enterprises have studied and tried various methods.Practice has proved that contingency incentive is very practical.Based on the basic theory of contingency incentive and its role in human resource management of enterprises,this paper points out the specific operation strategies of applying contingency incentive,including finding effective incentive factors,following incentive principles,flexible incentive methods,etc.
