摘要
根据机器人技术的发展对高职院校工科职业技能的要求,结合学校实训操作教学的特点,设计机器人实训台。介绍机器人实训台的功能模块组成,分析实训台的结构和特点和控制方法,对PLC的接线电路进行合理设计,对PLC的端子的进行合理安排,对实训台的PLC控制进行准确而简洁的程序设计,为广大师生学习工业机器人技术提供知识丰富的实训平台,也为学习机器人的轨迹编程打下物质基础。
According to the development of robot technology, the robot training station is designed according to the requirements of vocational skills of engineering department of higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of practical operation teaching in schools. This paper introduces the functional module composition of the robot training station, analyzes the structure, characteristics and control methods of the training station, designs the wiring circuit of PLC, and makes reasonable arrangements for the terminals of PLC. The PLC control of the training station is designed accurately and succinctly, which provides a knowledgeable training platform for teachers and students to learn industrial robot technology, and also lays a material foundation for learning robot trajectory programming.
