摘要
世界著名大湾区都以服务业竞争力见强,粤港澳大湾区已经上升为国家战略,比较其与世界湾区的服务贸易竞争力有重要的意义。本文从国际市场占有率(IMS)、贸易市场竞争优势指数(TC)和显示性比较优势指数(RCA)出发,比较粤港澳大湾区与其他湾区的服务贸易竞争力,以及粤港澳大湾区中不同服务行业的竞争力。文章发现,粤港澳大湾区的服务贸易进出口量逐年增加,发展空间巨大,但在四大湾区中处于逆差并有扩大的趋势。粤港澳大湾区内以运输、建筑为代表的传统服务业竞争力见强,而高新技术水平的竞争力不如其他湾区,其在四大湾区中服务贸易在整体贸易中的优势是最弱的。文章最后提出,促进粤港澳大湾区服务业的发展,要加强区域合作,缩小地区差异;要充分利用制造业优势,发展服务型制造业;要加大教育和科研投入,推动现代服务业发展。
Most world-famous bay areas are strong in their service industry competitiveness.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has become a national strategy.It is of great significance to compare its service trade competitiveness with that of the world's other bay areas.Based on the international market share(IMS),trade market competitive advantage index(TC)and revealed comparative advantage index(RCA),this paper compares the service trade competitiveness between the Greater Bay Area and other bay areas,as well as the competitiveness of different service industries.The paper finds that the import and export volume of service trade in the Greater Bay Area is increasing year by year with huge development space.In the Greater Bay Area,the competitiveness of traditional services represented by transportation and construction is stronger,while the competitiveness of high-tech is lower than that of other bay areas.Among the four major bay areas,the service trade has the weakest advantage in the overall trade.In the end,the paper suggests to strengthen regional cooperation and narrow regional differences;to make full use of the advantages of manufacturing industry to develop service-oriented manufacturing industry;to increase investment in education and scientific research and to promote the development of modern service industries.
