摘要
本文介绍了一种Ku波段波导高功率隔离器设计方法。隔离器设计时采用四端差相移式,要求小尺寸高功率。通过HFSS软件优化及合理设计,研制了性能优良的Ku频段隔离器。高功率性能已在某微波系统中得到验证,通过峰值功率50kW,250W平均功率。
This paper presents a high-power Ku-band waveguide isolator.The proposed isolator is designed to feature four-port differential phase-shift,small size,and high power.The proposed Ku-band isolator with high performance is developed through HFSS simulation optimization and rational design.It is already used in a microwave system and its high power performance is verified,i.e.,50 kW peak power and 250W average power.
