摘要
目的探讨正畸联合口腔修复用于先天性缺牙患者中的效果。方法选择2016年1月至2019年2月在东部战区空军医院接受治疗的先天性缺牙患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组行口腔修复治疗,观察组行正畸联合口腔修复治疗,比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能以及语言功能评分、治疗效果满意率,并对两组患者跟踪随访,统计比较两组患者语言功能、咀嚼功能恢复时间。结果观察组优于临床治疗总有效率、咀嚼功能评分、语言功能评分、治疗效果总满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组语言功能恢复时间、咀嚼功能恢复时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先天性缺牙患者采用正畸联合口腔修复治疗,临床效果显著,可有效改善语言及咀嚼功能,缩短语言及咀嚼功能恢复时间,提高临床治疗总有效率和治疗效果满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of orthodontics combined with dental restoration in patients with congenital missing teeth.Methods 78 patients with congenital missing teeth who treated in the hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was given dental restoration,and observation group was given orthodontics combined with dental restoration.The clinical efficacy,masticatory function and language function were compared between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate,masticatory function and language function in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics combined with dental restoration in treatment of patients with congenital missing teeth has significant clinical effects,it can improve language and masticatory function,increase total clinical effective rate,which is worthy of promotion and application.
