摘要
随着我国高等医学教育事业的蓬勃发展,医学高校办学规模不断增长,医科院校学生管理工作出现了诸多新的问题,仅靠辅导员进行医学检验专业学生实习这一特殊阶段的思想教育和日常管理结果已经明显不尽人意。经过实践,青年临床医师担任实习生兼职班主任的创新管理模式越来越凸显它的优势。在辅导员管理模式下增加实习生兼职班主任工作,实现两者的合作互补,能有效地提高当前医学高校学生管理水平,实现教育合力的最大化。实践证实,青年专业教师担任实习生兼职班主任对医学检验专业本科生实践能力培养和职业发展生涯规划等方面具有优势。
With the rapid development of higher medical education and the continuous growing of the medical universities and colleges in China, many new problems in the management of medical students arise. It is obviously unsatisfactory to enducate the ideological education and daily management of the special stage of medical laboratory students’ practice only by counselors. With the practice, the innovative management model of young clinicians serving as part-time head teachers for intern students has increasingly highlighted its advantages. Under the cooperation and complementarity between the guidance counselor management mode and part-time head teachers management mode, it can effectively improvethe current medical college student management level and realize the maximization of educational synergy. It has been proved by practice that young professional teachers as part-time head teachers of medical laboratory for the training of the undergraduate practical ability training and the planning of the career development have more advantages.
