摘要
目的研究危机管理对肿瘤手术患者护理安全管理质量的影响。方法选取自2017年1月-2018年12月在医院进行手术治疗的肿瘤患者86例作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)两组,分别采用危机管理护理方法和常规护理方法,对两组患者的护理质量、护理缺陷及投诉率及护理满意度进行分析。结果从护理工作质量看,观察组的基础护理、护理安全、护理记录及专科护理数据明显高于对照组,P <0.05,两组患者差异明显,存在显著统计学意义。从护理缺陷和投诉及发生率来看,观察组的护理缺陷数量及缺陷率低于对照组,P> 0.05,无统计学意义;观察组的护理投诉数量及投诉率低于对照组,P> 0.05,无统计学意义。从护理效果满意度看,观察组满意、基本满意的患者数量及满意度明显高于对照组,P <0.05,组间差异明显具有统计学意义。结论对肿瘤手术患者应用危机管理,能显著提高护理工作质量、护理效果满意度,建议临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of crisis management on the quality of nursing safety management of patients undergoing tumor surgery. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital 86 cases of surgical treatment of cancer patients as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group(43 cases) and control group(43 cases) in the two groups, separately USES the crisis management nursing method and conventional method, the two groups of patients’ quality of care, nursing defects and complaints and nursing satisfaction was analyzed. Results In terms of nursing quality, the basic nursing, nursing safety, nursing records and specialist nursing data in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05), indicating significant differences between the two groups of patients and significant statistical significance. From the perspective of nursing defects, complaints and incidence, the number of nursing defects and defect rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P > 0.05, which was not statistically significant;the number of nursing complaints and complaint rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P> 0.05,no statistical significance. In terms of nursing effect satisfaction, the number and satisfaction of patients satisfied and basically satisfied in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P < 0.05, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of crisis management to patients undergoing tumor surgery can significantly improve the quality of nursing work and the satisfaction of nursing results.
