摘要
针对目前科研项目管理中存在的问题,运用质量管理PDCA(策划-实施-检查-改进)循环原理,围绕提升科研项目整体质量这一目标,从指南规划、立项论证、实施监督、优化改进四个方面,对如何构建科研项目的过程管理机制提出了对策建议,以期形成一整套符合科研发展规律的过程管理流程。
In view of the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects,the PDCA cycle principle is used.Focusing on the goal of improving the overall quality of scientific research projects,suggestions are put forward for how to build the process management mechanism,such as guidance planning,project approval demonstration,implementation supervision and optimization improvement,hoping to form a set of management process in line with the laws of scientific research development.
