摘要
党的十八大以来,国内学者从党的领导保障依法治国、依法治国在党的领导中实践、党的领导与依法治国的一致性等方面对党的领导与依法治国关系进行了多维研究,形成了一定的研究成果。但也存在着现有研究以政策解读为主,深度学理分析和体系建构较为薄弱;相对于宣传性研究和政策性解读,实证研究稍显不足;研究方法科学性有待加强,尚需探讨多学科综合研究等问题,亟待继续加强研究。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,domestic scholars have conducted multi-dimensional researches on the relationship between the leadership of the party and the rule of law from the following aspects:the leadership of the party to ensure the rule of law,the practice of the rule of law in the leadership of the party,and the consistency between the leadership of the party and the rule of law,and formed some research findings.However,there are still some problems.For example,the existing researches focus on policy interpretation;the in-depth theoretical analysis and systematical construction are relatively weak;compared with propaganda research and policy interpretation,empirical research is slightly insufficient.Therefore,the scientific research methods need to be strengthened,and multi-disciplinary comprehensive research needs to be explored.These problems should be continued to strengthen research.
