摘要
作为第三次工业革命核心,能源互联网的提出和发展必将对能源资源开发、配置等产生重要影响。理论研究发现:第一,能源互联网会带来电力供应主体的大幅增加,从而降低电力价格,增加消费者以及整个社会的福利。第二,借助能源大电网和特高压技术,能源互联网可以实现能源的跨区域转移,而能源互联网储能技术的发展,可以实现能源的跨时期配置。第三,能源互联网衍生的共享经济,能够实现闲置能源的最大化应用,有助于缓解能源市场上信息不完全问题,让能源买卖双方更有效地达成交易。第四,能源互联网有助于实现从化石能源到清洁能源的转变以及大规模的电能替代,实现能源结构的转变。第五,能源互联网具有明显的网络外部经济性,能够提高能源市场产品的多样化并扩展能源市场发展的深度。本文研究的重要政策启示是:发展能源互联网可以显著优化能源资源的配置,是解决我国能源问题的重要途径。
As the core of the third industrial revolution,the proposal and development of the energy Internet will have an important impact on the development and allocation of energy and resources. Theoretical studies have found that firstly,with the continuous increase of supply subjects in the electricity market,the equilibrium price of electricity keeps decreasing,while the welfare of consumers and the whole society keeps increasing. Secondly,with the help of a great energy grid and UHV technology,energy can realize the regional transfer of energy across the Internet,and energy storage technology development of the Internet can achieve energy configuration across time. Thirdly,sharing economy derived from energy Internet maximizes the application of idle energy. The energy Internet also alleviates the problem of incomplete information in the energy market,allowing buyers and sellers to reach agreements more effectively. Fourthly,the energy Internet will realize the transformation from fossil energy to clean energy and the large-scale replacement of electric energy to realize the transformation of energy structure. Fifthly,energy Internet network also has obvious external economy,to improve the diversification of energy market products and extend the depth of the energy market development. The important policy implications of this study are that the development of energy Internet can significantly optimize the allocation of energy resources and is an important way to solve China’s energy problems.
