摘要
无线电能传输技术有效地解决了在线监测设备供电问题,但是仍存在线圈耦合程度弱、传输效率低等不足。基于耦合线圈互感和系统传输效率特性分析,提出1种带有“⊥”型磁芯的新型组合线圈结构,从提高耦合线圈间互感的角度提升了系统传输效率。通过仿真模型分析,详细阐述了耦合线圈结构参数及内部磁芯的优化过程。并搭建试验平台,在450 kHz的工作频率和40 cm的传输距离下,系统能够获得80%左右的传输效率,验证了本文提出的设计方案的可行性,为在线监测设备无线供电系统的设计提供了参考依据。
Wireless power transmission technology effectively solves the problem of power supply to online monitoring devices,but there are still some shortcomings such as the weak coupling of coils and low transmission efficiency.Based on the analysis of the mutual inductance of coupling coils and system transmission characteristics,the paper proposes a new combined coil structure with a“⊥”-shaped magnetic core,optimizing the mutual inductance between the coupled coils and improving the transmission efficiency.Through the simulation and model analysis,the structure parameters and optimization process of magnetic coupling coils are elaborated.In addition,an experimental platform is set up to verify the system transmission efficiency of about 80%when the operating frequency is 450 kHz and the transmission distance is 40 cm,showing the feasibility of the proposed design scheme.
