摘要
《伤寒论》是一部专门阐述急性外感热病的专著,该书将病症分为太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、厥阴、少阴六种,即所谓"六经"。《伤寒论》对胃肠病的病因病机、治疗方药进行了详细的总结,并对神志病也有独到的见解。在《伤寒论·阳明篇》中也提到胃肠病对神志的影响,这对现代医学"脑肠相通"的学说奠定了理论根基。本文从《伤寒论》阳明病的病因病机、演变过程入手,分析胃肠壅滞与神志状态的相关性。
Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a monograph dedicated to acute exogenous fever.The book divides the disease into six types: Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Qiyin and Shaoyin.Treatise on Febrile Diseases has detailed the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,and has unique insights into the disease.In the Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Yangming,the influence of gastrointestinal diseases on consciousness is also mentioned,which lays a theoretical foundation for the doctrine of "community with the mind and the brain" of modern medicine.This article starts with the etiology,pathogenesis and evolution of Yangming disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and analyzes the correlation between gastrointestinal stagnation and mental state.
