摘要
目的通过智能化的故障诊断技术,辅助操作人员现场快速排除故障。方法选用G RM 500无线通讯模块,兼容不同品牌的PLC,实现运行数据的实时提取;总结领域专家知识,应用产生式规则的知识获取与表示方法,建立基于故障树模型的知识库;分析用户需求,应用SQLServer 2012,建立基于B/S架构的数据库;应用正向推理策略,为用户及时提供故障原因和解决方案。结果实验表明本专家系统具有实时数据显示、历史数据查询、故障管理、知识库管理和系统管理等功能;经24h×40d实际运行测试未出现任何故障,CPU、储存容量的负荷率为40-70%,指令响应时间为50-500 ms。结论本专家系统达到设计要求,可实现对PSA医用制氧设备的远程监控、故障诊断、远程查询、维护保养建议与异常事件处理意见、推理机自诊断与自学习、知识库自维护与自升级、信息公告等功能。
Objective To facilitate on-site troubleshooting by using intelligent fault diagnosis technology.Methods Real-tim e run data extraction was executed by using GRM500 wireless communication module compatible with brands of PLCs;a knowledge base based on fault tree model was established with summarizing the expert knowledge in the field and applying production-rule-based methods for knowledge acquisition and presentation;a database with B/S structure was constructed by user requirements analysis and SQL server 2012;fault causes and solutions were proposed based on forward chaining strategy.Results A 24 hx40 d trial showed the expert system developed was gifted with the functions of real-tim e data display,history data query,fault management,knowledge base management and etc;there were no faults found in the trial,the load rates of CPU and memory capacity were from 40%to 70%,and the command response time was restricted between 50 ms and 500 ms.Conclusion The expert system developed meets the desired requirements,which has the functions of remote monitoring,fault diagnosis,remote data query,proposing advices on maintenance and abnormal events,reasoning machine self-learning and-diagnosis,knowledge self-m aintenance and-upgrade as well as information release of PSA medical oxygen generating equipment.
