摘要
目的了解所有患者到我院急诊科就诊时间与流量及患者的发病情况,分析其发病规律,总结急诊疾病谱的构成特点,为优化急诊服务流程、合理安排医护人员、人才培养提供科学依据。方法选取我院2017年1月1日-2017年12月31日急诊科就诊资料完整的49872例患者的临床资料,对患者就诊时间、疾病诊断情况进行回顾性分析。结果49872例患者就诊时段有3个高峰:8:00~10:59、12:00~13:59和17:00~22:59;全年以8月(9.63%)、12月(9.5%)及夏季(26.33%)和冬季(26.24%)就诊人数最多;急诊科的前3类疾病或症状为创伤(41.92%)、腹痛(15.70%)、呼吸道感染(10.52%)。结论①针对急诊科常见病、多发病,定期组织医务人员进行相关学习培训可大大提高急诊科诊疗水平。②根据统计结果中就诊髙峰,统一合理安排医院医务人员排班制度,可提高患者满意度。③合理的宣传和正确的分诊可有效避免急诊资源的占用和浪费,提高急诊科综合实力。
Objective To understand the time and flow of all patients to the emergency department of our hospital and the patient;s morbidity,analyze its morbidity rule,summarize the characteristics of emergency disease spectrum,and provide scientific basis for optimizing emergency service process,reasonable arranging medical staff and personnel,and training.Methods the clinical data of 49872 patients with complete data from the emergency clinic from Januaiy 1,2017 to December 31,2017 were selected,and the patientfs consultation time and diagnosis of disease were analyzed retrospectively.Results 49872 patients had three consultation peak periods:8:00~10:59,12:00~13:59 and 17:00-22:59;The largest number of visits was in August(9.63%),December(9.5%),summer(26.33%)and winter(26.24%)throughout the year;The first three types of diseases or symptoms in tlie emergency department are trauma(41.92%),abdominal pain(15.70%),and respiratory tract infection(10.52%).Conclusion①For common diseases and frequent diseases in the emergency department,regular training of medical staff can be organized.The level of emergency department diagnosis and treatment can be greatly improved.②According to the peak of the statistical results,unified and reasonable scheduling system for hospital medical staff can improve patient satisfaction.③Reasonable publicity and correct diagnosis can effectively avoid the waste of emergency resources and improve the comprehensive strength of emergency departments.
