摘要
2019年8月1日,《海绵城市建设评价标准》(GB/T 51345-2018)与《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2019)同时启用,标准要求从规划、设计、建设、运营及管理全过程对海绵城市设计进行把控,而规划设计阶段更是重中之重。文章以上海市某住宅小区项目为例,探讨海绵城市的设计运用,使得城市发展更快地实现既有"面子"、更有"里子"。
On August 1,2019,the"Sponge City Construction Evaluation Standard"GB/T 51345—2018 and the"Green Building Evaluation Standard"GB/T 50378—2019 were simultaneously launched.The standard requirements were from planning,design,construction,operation and management.The sponge city design is controlled,and the planning and design stage is the most important.This paper takes a mixed project of public housing construction in Shanghai as an example to explore the design and application of sponge city,so that the city development can realize both“face”and“lizi”.
