摘要
本文以大气污染治理相关理论为基础,利用演化博弈思想构建了区域大气污染治理演化博弈动力机制,指出污染致损程度、治污收益、治污损失、外部效应、中央政府约束是地方选择治理大气污染的内在动力,外部社会网络结构作为外部动力影响地方政府的决策行为。在此基础上,从博弈行为、网络结构和策略复制等三方面构建仿真机制,尝试构建大气污染治理网络演化博弈的理论框架,为大气污染治理提供创新思路。
Based on the related theories of air pollution treatment,this paper uses the evolutionary game theory to construct a dynamic game mechanism of regional air pollution treatment evolution.It points out that pollution damage degree,pollution treatment benefits,pollution treatment losses,external effects,and central government constraints are local choices.The internal driving force for controlling air pollution,and the external social network structure,as an external driving force,influence the decision-making behavior of local governments.On this basis,a simulation mechanism is constructed from three aspects,including game behavior,network structure,and strategy replication.Attempts are made to construct a theoretical framework for the evolutionary game of the air pollution control network to provide innovative ideas for air pollution control.
