摘要
目的:探讨恶性肿瘤化疗致中性粒细胞缺乏症的治疗方案及临床应用效果。方法:2017年4月-2019年4月收治化疗后致中性粒细胞缺乏症患者86例,根据治疗方案不同分为两组,各43例。A组给予抗生素治疗;B组给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组中性粒细胞缺乏持续时间、中性粒细胞回升指标水平均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组发热发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子运用于中性粒缺乏症的临床治疗效果佳,可作为一种首选治疗方案。
Objective:To explore the treatment plan and effect of neutropenia caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumor.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2019,86 patients with neutropenia caused by chemotherapy were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 43 patients in each group according to different treatment plans.Group A was treated with antibiotics,and group B was treated with recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In group B,the duration of neutropenia and the index level of neutrophil recovery were better than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fever between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor had a good clinical effect in the treatment of neutropenia,and it can be used as a first choice treatment.
