摘要
目的:分析MRI弥散加权成像检测技术用于骨肌良性肿瘤、骨肌恶性肿瘤临床鉴别及诊断中的价值。方法:2017年6月-2019年8月诊断骨肌肿瘤患者50例,其中骨肌良性肿瘤25例归入试验A组,骨肌恶性肿瘤25例归入试验B组;均实行常规MRI检测+MRI弥散加权成像检测。比较两组检测结果。结果:试验A组不同弥散敏感系数下表观扩散系数数值较试验B组显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病灶最大径>5 cm、边缘欠清楚、T1信号明显大于正常肌肉、T2信号明显大于正常肌肉等例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验A组肿瘤附近存在水肿、存在坏死等例数较试验B组显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨肌良性肿瘤、骨肌恶性肿瘤临床鉴别以及诊断中采用MRI弥散加权成像检测技术得到较优诊断效果。
Objective:To analyze the value of diffusion-weighted MRI in the clinical differentiation and diagnosis of benign and malignant musculoskeletal tumor.Methods:50 patients with musculoskeletal tumor were diagnosed from June 2017 to August 2019.Among them,25 cases of benign musculoskeletal tumor were classified into the group A and 25 cases of malignant musculoskeletal tumor were divided into the group B.All patients underwent routine MRI and diffusion-weighted MRI.We compared the results of the two groups.Results:The value of apparent diffusion coefficient under different diffusion sensitivity coefficients of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of cases with the largest lesion diameter>5 cm,edge unclear,T1 signal significantly greater than normal muscle,T2 signal significantly greater than normal muscle(P>0.05).The number of cases with edema and necrosis near the tumor in the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diffusion-weighted MRI is an effective method in the clinical differentiation and diagnosis of benign and malignant malignant musculoskeletal tumor.
